This year I’m building with intention—working toward my own salon suite and continuing to give back through monthly free hair events for children 12 and under. This is more than hair. Cancellation Policy
Please cancel within 48 hours of appointment. Retainers fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and may ONLY be transferred one time. You can reschedule within 30 days but ONLY if you are within 48 hour cancellation window. Late cancellations result in a $50
NO CALL/NO SHOW WILL CHARGED 40% service. AFTER THE SECOND NO CALL/NO SHOW YOU WILL BE BANNED and charged 100% of service.
There is a 15 minute grace period before a $25 late fee is enforced. After 20 minutes your appointment is cancelled.
